Parenting Time and Visitation Enforcement
While an Arizona divorce or custody parenting plan may spell out a non-custodial parent’s visitation, it is common for the custodial parent to wrongfully deny access and refuse to comply with the Court’s order. If parents get into an argument one party may simply engage in parental alienation and withhold the other parties parenting time. Often if one parent becomes behind in child support payments the other parent will without access to the child. Both of these examples are violations under Arizona law.

- Order the make-up parenting time for the missed time with the child.
