Douglas received his Bachelor of Science, Magna Cum Laude, in Marketing from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and his Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School. Douglas has lived in the valley for over 25 years and is an active volunteer of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Phoenix and the Leaders of Tomorrow. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Arizona, Maricopa County Bar Association, Phi Eta Sigma Honor Society, and National Honor Society of Collegiate Scholars.
