Douglas A. Daly, Esq.
Phoenix and Scottsdale Family Law Attorney
I am the founding partner of the Daly Law Firm where I offer clients legal services individually tailored to their needs in family law matters. I've handled hundreds of divorce and custody cases and I take pride in building personal relationships with my clients. If you need me, I make sure to make myself available. If I'm in the office, I'll take your call immediately to answer any questions you have. Currently I am a member of the State Bar of Arizona, the Arizona Association of Family Law Attorneys, the American Bar Association and the Maricopa County Bar Association, Family Law Section.
I'm native to Arizona. I attended Arizona State University and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Marketing. While attending Arizona State University, I was a member of the Phi Eta Sigma Honor Society and a member of the National Honor Society of Collegiate Scholars.
I continued my education at Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, California where I earned my Juris Doctorate. During law school I clerked for the Los Angeles County Prosecutors office and went on to clerk for a prominent boutique Southern California family law firm were I first took an interest in family law. During my time in law school I volunteered at the Public Counsel Law Center working focusing on indigent clients. I also helped co-found the Business Law Society.
After I received my law degree, I returned to Arizona to practice law. I started out as an associate in the Family Law Department of one of Arizona’s top law firms before I went on to start the Daly Law Firm. Most of the lawyers in Phoenix and Scottsdale are outsiders, but I have lived in Phoenix area for more than three decades. I am familiar with the community and the court system and I am dedicated to providing excellent service to my clients.
In my spare time, I have been an advisory board member for the non-profit Sweethearts For Soldiers which produced an annual troop charity calendar to boost morale of the United States military. I also volunteered for HOPE Kids which provides a support community for families who have a child with a life-threatening medical condition and had an active with the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Phoenix through the Leaders of Tomorrow program. I also enjoy traveling and hiking around California and Arizona.
